Publisher Electronic Arts has announced that F1 23, its upcoming and hotly anticipated Formula One racer, will not receive support for PSVR2. This news is somewhat disappointing in light of the successful implementation of VR in Gran Turismo 7, which PlayStation fans reliably continue to show up for.
In a response provided to MIXED News, EA revealed that F1 23 would not be getting a PSVR2 port, although a PC VR version is slated to launch on 16th June 2023. The standard version of the game will launch on both PS5 and PS4 several days earlier, on 13th June.
